BTW, everything is pretty much catering to the younger audience who want instant gratification such as vids of people knocking their teeth out skate boarding or Lady Gaga. Meaning if you still like to play Sim City 2K, you're an old fucker. Enough ranting

It's a lucrative business, but as for corporate America, they saw the popularity trend of the internet exponentiate long ago. It's all about $ these days. They base their marketing strategies on peoples behavior. I could rant all night about this one.

I'm sure we could all implicate conspiracy theories on that matter. However, there's money to be made writing and selling spy-ware to those who want to release it into cyber-space and steal sensitive info to there gain.
